In Tourves at the foot of the Massif de la Sainte-Baume, between the towns of Saint-Maximin and Brignoles, our domain Les Vallons de Fontfresque is ideally located in the heart of this part of the Var called the "Provence Verte".

Benefactors: sun and mistral

In an environment of 37 hectares of undulating oak woodland, each grapevine has perfect exposure to sunshine at one of the highest sunshine rates in France. The grapevines are also caressed by the hot, regular breath of the mistral acting as a protective mother against parasitic developments. With these exceptional climatic conditions, the vines are grown without any chemical treatment and the vineyard is being reconverted to organic methods.

The Grenache on the « Seuil » plot

The "inland" mediterranean climate, which is characterized by cooler winters, offers excellent ability to produce structured, balanced red wines with stress free mature polyphenols.
