Cuvée Renaissance - AOC Côteaux Varois en Provence Rosé

Rosé de provence
AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence
ORGANIC, Cuvée des Tamaris 2017

In French gastronomy, the Provence rosé wines hold a special place. Discrete and classy color, specialty of Provence, they are an integral part of the composition of the table. This wine is great for your aperitifs, and companion to Provencal cuisine or exotic dishes.

Grape varieties
Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Ugni-blanc
Ageing
1 month in oak barrels.
Service
Our AOC rosé wine is intended for more gastronomic consumption than our "vin de pays" rosé wine. While it can be drunk immediately, it will not suffer from moderate ageing in the cellar.

Food
suggestions
This wine will be perfect with...
  • Asparagus with an egg-yolk cream and tarragon sauce
  • Crevette salad Pastilla
  • Trio of grilled meats with Provençal ratatouille
  • Foie gras scallops with a peach salsa
  • Spiced goats cheese
  • Strawberries in chocolate with a green tea sauce
  • Roasted peach with saffron and a caramel crunch

How should I serve this provence rosé wine?

One often tends to serve provence rosé wine chilled, too cool, at temperatures below 10° C. Please serve your rosé at a slightly higher temperature to allow the wine to fully express all its aromas.
