A major key to good wine conservation is the temperature of your cellar. Ideally this temperature should be between 14° C and 16° C.

Authenticity and return to roots

Claire Sicamois "My grandparents and great grandparents were winemakers.
I grew up in the middle of grapevines, observing the old vines and leaves of such a delicate green has always been a delight.

My passion for our vineyard naturally found its source in all those years of sun drenched childhood amongst clusters of grapes and it is with intense pleasure that we raise our wines in our cellar which we have fully restored while retaining its authentic character."

With our heart and soul

An abandoned vineyard is like a living being left to die. The rebirth of our domain brings us ever growing energy. Its vineyards, the grapes slowly ripening under the hot sun of Provence as they have for thousands of years, the gentle slopes of these valleys through which blows a fresh light wind. Can there be anything better than this little paradise placed gently on the foothills of the majestic and eternal Sainte Baume.

To put heart and soul into the making of Provence wines is a passion and an honor for winemakers such as we. Taking the time to patiently create wine which we know has been made here for several thousand years is a unique adventure that must be lived to be understood. Making wine was one of the first actions of the first intelligent beings. To perpetuate this tradition brings us closer to our origins and the secret of life itself!
