For some, the creation of a wine is like a musical composition where each grape is its own note which participates in the harmony of the whole.
Whereas for me, who has been painting and sculpting every day since childhood, naturally I turn to these art forms to guide me in the process of developing our wines. The colours are just as important as the aromatic complexity of the wine and can enhance a beautiful table and delight guests. I especially enjoy the very pale colours of our rosés, which remind me of rose petals or the flesh of melons.
